Our Work: Princes Group

Mason Media was selected to create and deliver an employer brand marketing and communications strategy for Princes Group.

Princes, part of the Mitsubishi Corporation, employs over 7,000 colleagues across the world.

The business was established 140 years ago and has been ‘proudly helping families to eat well without costing the earth’ ever since.

During more recent years, Princes has continued to evolve and innovate and an important part of its approach is its People Excellence strategy.

Mason Media was asked to come up with a brand identity that would successfully underpin the many different elements to the strategy. This resulted in the development of ‘Our Princes – Our People’.

We also developed a range of other brand assets including a new careers website and a video harnessing Princes’ colleagues to articulate why the company is such a great place to work.

We also brought to life the company’s 6 Pillars of People Excellence covering key areas such as health and wellbeing, values, career development and inclusion and diversity.

Mason Media was responsible for all copywriting from initial development of tone and voice through to completed content for all of the assets.

Princes set us the challenge of delivering the entire launch project within 12 weeks, something we were able to achieve in good time for the launch of their new employer brand.
