Mason was selected to launch YOPA in the North West and Yorkshire.

YOPA was the latest entrant into the crowded estate agency market, looking to disrupt an industry in a state of flux.

Our brief was to spread the word quickly about the arrival of this challenger brand with its fixed fee prices, use of the very latest technologies and, importantly, experienced agents on the ground in different territories.

Media briefings and interviews with the founders of YOPA were arranged and extensive coverage secured across all leading media including the Yorkshire Post, Manchester Evening News, Welsh Daily Post and various broadcast outlets.

We also advised the management team on how best to position the brand in interviews and to handle potentially negative questioning regarding the impact the new service was likely to have on traditional high street estate agents.
