A recent Christmas campaign saw us collaborate with North Wales creative agency VCA to promote Rhug’s turkeys and other festive products. A particular highlight was a video featuring Rhug marketing manager and talented musician Elin Wiliam, 25, singing hit songs to the turkeys in order to keep them as chilled out as possible! 

The story went viral across media and social media including prominent coverage in the Mail Online, Independent and Metro where Elin was hailed as ‘the turkey whisperer’.

She was filmed singing a Welsh version of Leonard Cohen’s Hallelujah while sitting on a bale of hay surrounded by a field full of plump turkeys, all happily gobbling along in tune to the music.

As well as a bit of Cohen, Rhug’s 1,000 Norfolk Bronze turkeys also enjoy classical music and a sprinkling of Kylie Minogue.
